Position Overview:

XTEL is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing accounts in the European market. As a key member of our sales team, you will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and executives at top-tier enterprises.
  • Understand the product, solution, and industry deeply, and advise prospective customers on how to positively impact their businesses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to orchestrate and own sales strategy across a book of business.
  • Drive commercial relationships, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and driving successful outcomes alongside customer success teams.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer's business needs, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a complex sales environment.
  • Strong background in PaaS or SaaS sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in complex sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate complex sales environments.
  • Proven experience in successfully closing complex, high-value deals with enterprise logos.
  • Ability to quickly learn technical and industry concepts, and apply that knowledge to drive sales growth.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and proficiency in industry-standard sales operations tools.
