Enterprise Account Executive

MongoDB is seeking a driven and ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory composed of current Enterprise customers and strategic prospects.
We are looking for a candidate who is based in Milan and is passionate about growing their career in the largest market in software (database). If you have a strong desire to be successful, a proven track record of overachievement, and the ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline
- Strategically prospect into CTOs, IT Leaders, and end users
- Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in enlarging current customer footprint and landing new customers
- Partner with our Solution Architects (pre-sales) and work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partner to maximize deal sizes
- Participate in our sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs
- 8+ years of field experience of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market
- Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territory
- Strong knowledge of the FSI industry (Banking and Insurance)
- A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
- Skilled in building business champions
- Driven and competitive. Possess a strong desire to be successful
- Fluent in English
- Must live in Milan area
