Enterprise Account Executive, Growth Specialist

MongoDB is seeking a driven and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory composed of current Enterprise customers and strategic prospects.
You will work closely with our Solution Architects and Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction and drive growth. Your strong knowledge of the FSI industry and ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology will be essential in building strong relationships with CTOs, IT Leaders, and end users.
We are looking for a candidate with 8+ years of field experience in a fast-paced and competitive market, with a proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets. If you are a driven and competitive individual with a strong desire to be successful, we encourage you to apply.
