About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Named Account Executive to join our team at Salesforce, Inc. as part of our Enterprise Sales division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base within the Energy and Utilities Industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Strategic Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty within assigned accounts.
  2. Account Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy, aligned with customer business objectives and Salesforce's value proposition.
  3. Sales Process Leadership: Lead the end-to-end sales process, engaging with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Executives, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  4. Territory Identification and Research: Conduct thorough research to identify and formalize a go-to-market territory strategy, creating a qualified target account list within 30 days.
  5. Value Proposition and Growth: Share Salesforce's value proposition with existing and new customers, driving growth and expansion within assigned accounts.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: A degree or equivalent relevant experience required, with a strong technology sales background (5-10 years) in Software or Business Applications, preferably in the Energy & Utilities segment.
  2. Sales and Revenue Experience: Proven sales forecasting abilities, revenue achievement in the Italian market, and a successful history of net new business sales.
  3. Language Skills: Proficient in Italian and English.

  1. Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Sales Methodology Education: Sales methodology education and experience.
  3. Strategic Alliances: Ability to develop cases and service requirements, while crafting and leading strategic alliances.
  4. Self-Motivation and Supervision: Highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision.
