As a Named Account Executive at Salesforce, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and growth within our CPG Segment. Your primary focus will be on developing key stakeholder relationships and driving the overall long-term strategy for assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Account Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy aligned with customer business objectives, ensuring long-term growth and success.
  • Sales Process: Lead the end-to-end sales process, engaging relevant resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Executives to drive customer value.
  • Territory Identification: Identify and research new territories to formalize a go-to-market strategy and create a qualified target account list within 30 days.
  • Value Proposition: Share the Salesforce value proposition with existing and new customers, highlighting the benefits of our Customer 360 platform.
  • Growth Driver: Drive growth within assigned accounts, leveraging your expertise to identify new opportunities and expand existing relationships.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Degree or equivalent relevant experience required, with a strong focus on technology sales and sales forecasting abilities.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in Italian and English, with a strong ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions.
  • Sales Experience: 5-10 years of sales experience in software or business applications, with a proven track record of net new business sales and revenue achievement in the Italian market.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications: Sales methodology education, ability to develop cases and service requirements, and highly self-motivated with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
