Job Summary
The Role
As an Enterprise Account Manager at Deliveroo, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our enterprise-level restaurant partners. You will work closely with your portfolio partners to understand their business needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth for both the partner and Deliveroo.
You will be based in our offices and report to the Head of Enterprise Accounts. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with enterprise-level restaurant partners.
- Understanding partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
- Manipulating and analysing data to drive growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Deliveroo.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Corporate, Customer Service.
- Driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Acting as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience in account management and/or business development.
- Previous experience in consulting is also an option.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
