Deliveroo Enterprise Account Manager

Join Deliveroo's mission to transform the way people shop and eat by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops, and riders. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our enterprise-level restaurant partners.

You will work closely with your portfolio partners to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth for both the partner and Deliveroo.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with enterprise-level restaurant partners
  • Understanding partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support
  • Manipulating and analyzing data to drive growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Deliveroo
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions to meet partners' needs
  • Driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Acting as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in account management and/or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions
  • Fluency in Italian and English
