Enterprise Account Manager

At Deliveroo, we're revolutionizing the way people shop and eat by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops, and riders. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in managing and growing relationships with our enterprise-level restaurant partners.
The RoleYou'll work closely with your portfolio partners to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth for both the partner and Deliveroo. You'll be based in our offices in Milan and report to the Head of Enterprise Accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise-level restaurant partners.
- Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
- Manipulate and analyse data to drive growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Deliveroo.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet partners' needs.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in account management and/or business development. Previous experience in consulting is also an option. You'll need strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions. Fluency in Italian and English is a must.
