We are looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Deliveroo. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our enterprise-level restaurant partners.
You will work closely with our restaurant partners to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth for both the partner and Deliveroo.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise-level restaurant partners.
- Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
- Manipulate and analyse data to drive growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Deliveroo.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Corporate, Customer Service.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- At least 3 years of experience in account management and/or business development. Previous experience in consulting is also an option.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
- Must be fluent in Italian and English.
