We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Enterprise Security Consultant to join our team at Fortinet. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to drive strategic relationships with key enterprise customers.

About the Role

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with senior-level decision-makers at our most strategic accounts. Your primary objective will be to provide proactive guidance and support to help these customers achieve their business objectives through the effective deployment and optimization of Fortinet's security solutions.

Your expertise in data networking protocols, including TCP/IP, routing, and switching, as well as hands-on experience with security products and technologies, will be essential in delivering value-added services to our customers. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, will enable you to navigate complex customer environments and drive timely resolutions to critical issues.

With a minimum of 6 years of experience in a technical support or post-sales role, preferably in the telco or large enterprise space, you will possess a deep understanding of the customer's business needs and technical requirements. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, will provide a solid foundation for success in this role.

Fortinet certification in NSE4, NSE5, NSE7, or NSE8 is highly desirable, and fluency in Italian and English is essential. In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
