Technical Account Specialist for Enterprise Clients

Sinch, a leading cloud communications platform, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with enterprise clients and have a strong background in technical sales.
As a Technical Account Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance and support to our enterprise clients, ensuring they achieve the highest business value possible from our solutions. You will work closely with our sales team to plan and execute account strategies, collaborating with prospective customers through executive meetings, solution presentations, and follow-up discussions.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering;
- At least 3 years of experience in a presales or solution engineer role, preferably in the mobile, telecom, or software industry;
- Proven track record of successful customer engagement at the enterprise level;
- Expert knowledge of end-to-end processes and solution matching;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt your message depending on the audience's technical level;
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken; other languages are a plus;
- Project management experience is an advantage;
- Experience from a hands-on technical role is highly valued.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, based on location and experience. Our corporate language is English, and we encourage you to submit your application in English.
