As a Technical Account Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance and support to our enterprise clients, ensuring they achieve the highest business value possible from our solutions. You will work closely with our sales team to plan and execute account strategies, collaborating with prospective customers through executive meetings, solution presentations, and follow-up discussions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering;

  • Expert knowledge of end-to-end processes and solution matching;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt your message depending on the audience's technical level;
  • Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken; other languages are a plus;
  • Project management experience is an advantage;
  • Experience from a hands-on technical role is highly valued.
