About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Account Manager to join our Digital Experience Cloud team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve annual and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with C-level executives at target accounts.
  • Promote Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including Content (CMS, DAM), E-commerce, and Workfront.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, preferably in digital marketing or SaaS.
  • Experience achieving sales quotas over 7 figures annually and leading $1m+ deals.
  • Industry knowledge of Retail, CPG, and Fashion is essential.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Value Selling.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Italian is required.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth.
