About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Deliveroo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our enterprise-level restaurant partners.

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will work closely with your portfolio partners to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth for both the partner and Deliveroo.

Main Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise-level restaurant partners.

Business Development

Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.

Data Analysis

Manipulate and analyze data to drive growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Deliveroo.

Collaboration

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Corporate, Customer Service.

Revenue Growth

Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.

Customer Support

Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in account management and/or business development.
  • Previous experience in consulting is also an option.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
  • Must be fluent in Italian and English.
