Job Title: Key Account Manager

Talent Tree Consulting S.R.L. è alla ricerca di un Key Account Manager per il suo team di vendita. La risorsa ideale sarà in grado di promuovere e espandere le vendite dei segmenti di prodotto assegnato per il mercato "Enterprise".

Responsabilità:
  • Identificare, acquisire e gestire nuovi clienti del segmento "corporate"
  • Presidiare il mercato assegnato costruendo relazioni durevoli con la clientela
  • Elaborare report volti a monitorare le iniziative intraprese e misurandone l'efficacia
  • Collaborare con le funzioni aziendali convolte nell'evoluzione e sviluppo del prodotto
Requisiti:
  • Titolo di studi: Diploma di Laurea in discipline economiche o giuridiche
  • Esperienze professionali: precedente esperienza almeno biennale in ruoli analoghi maturata presso società di servizi con un orientamento B2B ed un focus sul segmento "Enterprise"
  • Competenze informatiche: utilizzo evoluto del pacchetto MS Office (in particolare Excel)
  • Competenze linguistiche: buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Caratteristiche del candidato ideale:
  • Attitudine alla gestione di relazioni, anche a livello direzionale
  • Approccio commerciale pragmatico, concreto ed orientato al raggiungimento dei risultati
  • Problem solving ed approccio duttile
  • Orientamento al cliente espresso nell'attitudine all'ascolto attivo ed alla comprensione delle sue esigenze

Sede di lavoro: Milano (Hybrid)

Tipologia contrattuale offerta: Tempo indeterminato, full time
