About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Club Med. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key business partners in the tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-develop and execute the commercial strategy to ensure targets are reached and exceeded.
  • Develop and animate the business in line with key sales priorities and selective distribution.
  • Responsible for a dedicated portfolio of key partners, developing trustful relationships to ensure performance and lead growth.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key accounts' needs, requirements, and anticipate changes.
  • Animate the market with sales fields, webinars, lunch & learns, ad-hoc training, events, and conventions in line with key sales priorities.
  • Ensure professional administration and organization, updating all visits and actions in Salesforce on a weekly basis.
  • Provide weekly reports of sales actions and update them on Salesforce.
  • Ensure all accounts data are up to date into Salesforce.
  • Promote, train, and accompany selected agencies on the Club Med Travel Agents portal and Club Med tools.
  • Ensure all partners receive accurate reporting on a regular basis.
  • Identify new areas of business and opportunities to increase sales of Club Med.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting collaborations by identifying key partners with high potential.
  • Represent the company towards partners, respecting, embodying, and promoting Club Med values at all times.

Requirements

  • Confirmed experience in Tourism and Hospitality commercial side.
  • Proven success of developing partnerships and brand-relevant partners within the tourism industry.
  • Proven experience and track record as a Key Account Manager.
  • Mobile as frequent travel is requested.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on mutual needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Fluent Italian and good level of English (writing and speaking). French is a plus.
