Job Title: Junior Key Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Key Account Manager to join our team in Italy. As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Key Account Manager in achieving sales, distribution, and growth objectives for assigned clients. You will ensure that company strategic guidelines are followed, while promoting company principles and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales, distribution, and assortment objectives in assigned customers (WHS, Chains, and Networks)
  • Contribute to the definition of commercial policy and sell-out plans by key customer and by channel, ensuring proper execution and implementation of agreed policy
  • Provide accurate sales and trade budget forecasts, monitoring key customers' performance versus target, and proposing necessary actions to ensure objective achievement
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with key customers according to company guidelines
  • Build durable and trustworthy relationships with key customers to achieve mutual long-term satisfaction
  • Provide regular analysis of sales/stock in trade and budget statistics, tracking agreed sales KPIs, and addressing deviations with adequate action plans

Minimum Requirements:

  • University Degree with a Scientific and Economic background (a plus)
  • Background in Pharma/Medical Device Business in Italy (beneficial)
  • Knowledge of wholesales channels
  • Communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good level of English
