Randstad Italia SpA, a leading HR outsourcing partner, is seeking a highly motivated Junior Key Account Manager to drive commercial success and expand the company's presence in the Italian market.

Location: Milan

Offer: One-year contract with potential for renewal or permanent contract (dependent on candidate experience)

Salary: 30K-40K

This position is offered through Randstad Italia SpA, an outsourcing partner for the multinational company. Please apply only if you are open to this type of contract arrangement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to cultivate and manage robust relationships with key clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist in closing deals by ensuring contracts are completed promptly and within the agreed terms, directly impacting the company's sales objectives
  • Keep a close eye on sales performance, assist in forecasting, and contribute to effective inventory management to meet market demand
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor actions, and evolving customer needs to identify new business opportunities and enhance our competitive edge
  • Provide valuable feedback to product development and marketing teams, helping to refine product offerings and drive market penetration
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the existing key account portfolio, contributing to the company's growth strategy

About the Role: As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in boosting sales and strengthening relationships with key clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
