Key Account Manager Retail

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in the Retail sector. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and maintaining relationships with key accounts in your region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with retail/digital partners
  • Implement sales plans and negotiate listings and distribution agreements
  • Work closely with supply chain to maximize efficiency and cost control
  • Manage all aspects of developing the retail partnership business
  • Negotiate cost price changes and review company reports to build customer understanding
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of FMCG experience in retail/digital and at Account manager level
  • Experience in working with beauty retailers
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities
