Job Title: SALES - Key Account

At Retail Search Srl, we are seeking a highly skilled SALES - Key Account to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our top accounts in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a wholesale strategy for Italy, focusing on brand distribution quality and segmentation.
  • Lead the development and implementation of wholesale strategies for assigned countries and/or accounts, encompassing all aspects of 4P's in line with evolving market trends and competitors' landscapes.
  • Drive execution by agents to achieve company targets, including door expansion and control of current accounts.
  • Implement a clear segmentation approach and understanding to create a solid long-term distribution that supports company requirements and ensures success year after year.
  • Negotiate top account contracts and agreements that drive profitable sales growth for the company.
  • Ensure company assortment guidelines are implemented and provide accurate forecasts based on order book performance.
  • Collaborate closely with OTC and credit controller to reduce credit issues and speed up shipments.
  • Collaborate with other departments (brand, marketing, merchandising) to boost digital tools (B2B) with new partners and customers.
