Gelsia Srl, a leading multiutility company in Lombardy, is seeking a Key Account Manager to join its team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients in the Monza and Brianza area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Manage and develop the assigned customer base, identifying new business opportunities and increasing sales revenue.
  • New Business Development: Proactively search for new clients and develop strategies to acquire new business.
  • Commercial Negotiations: Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Post-Sales Activities: Manage client requests for energy and gas services, ensuring prompt and efficient responses.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field, or a diploma in Business Administration.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a commercial role, preferably in the gas and power sector, managing B2B clients.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and knowledge of ARERA regulations.
