As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing a business plan to ensure annual sales targets are met and exceeded. You will manage Protect & Grow as well as acquire net new clients, selling both directly and engaging closely with strategic alliance and channel partners.
You will need to have comparable software sales experience to understand quickly the challenges within your assigned named accounts and be able to debate and advise with the view of achieving credibility. You will also need to understand and exemplify Blue Prism's customer success first and people first mantra that they have built their culture around.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a business plan to ensure annual sales targets are met and exceeded
- Manage Protect & Grow as well as acquire net new clients
- Sell both directly and engage closely with strategic alliance and channel partners

Requirements:
- High Achiever with experience in transformational sales at the C-Suite
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Experience of compiling and owning go to market strategy for sectors/customers of remit
- Experience of building pipeline and forecasting with accuracy
- Excellent communicator in Italian and English - both written and verbally with ability to persuade and negotiate with impact
