Key Responsibilities:- Develop a business plan to drive annual sales growth and exceed targets in a competitive market.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships, as well as acquire new clients through strategic partnerships and sales efforts.
- Sell and promote SS&C's enterprise-wide Intelligent Automation software to clients, highlighting its benefits and value proposition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and product marketing, to understand customer needs and provide feedback to drive business growth.
- Proven experience in accurate and timely revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and sales cycle navigation.
- High-achieving sales professional with experience in transformational sales at the C-Suite level.
- Strong financial and business acumen, with excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence clients and partners.
- Experience working in a matrix structure, with a strong understanding of enterprise technologies, RPA, and IA.
- Fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
