Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to meet and exceed annual sales targets
- Manage Protect & Grow initiatives and acquire net new clients
- Sell directly and engage with strategic alliance and channel partners
- Utilize software sales experience to understand customer challenges and provide credible solutions
- Exemplify Blue Prism's customer success and people-first mantra
- Provide feedback to the central management team to inform product and marketing strategies
- Proven experience in accurate and timely revenue forecasting and planning
Requirements:
- High Achiever with experience in transformational sales at the C-Suite
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Experience working with the Public Sector
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
