Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to meet and exceed annual sales targets
  • Manage Protect & Grow initiatives and acquire net new clients
  • Sell directly and engage with strategic alliance and channel partners
  • Utilize software sales experience to understand customer challenges and provide credible solutions
  • Exemplify Blue Prism's customer success and people-first mantra
  • Provide feedback to the central management team to inform product and marketing strategies
  • Proven experience in accurate and timely revenue forecasting and planning

Requirements:

  • High Achiever with experience in transformational sales at the C-Suite
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Experience working with the Public Sector
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
