Job Description

SS&C Technologies Holdings is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan to achieve annual sales targets and exceed them in a competitive market.
  • Manage Protect & Grow and acquire net new clients, selling directly and through strategic alliances and channel partners.
  • Utilize strong business acumen and software sales experience to navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate with impact.
Requirements
  • High Achiever with experience in transformational sales at the C-Suite level.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Resilience and ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in a matrix structure and knowledge of building and evolving organisations.
  • Ability to work with leadership teams and experience working in Italy.
