Job Title: Brand Manager for Italian Market Growth

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead the growth of our iconic brands in the Italian market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive sustainable growth and deliver business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop short- and long-term brand strategies aligned with company and country vision
  • Utilize consumer insights to inform brand planning and strategy development
  • Lead 360-degree activation programs (ATL/BTL) and work with internal and external stakeholders to secure execution excellence
  • Develop annual media plans for brands and work closely with central teams and creative agencies
  • Contribute to innovation planning for brands in-country and manage marketing budgets to achieve high ROI

Requirements:

  • University degree and MBA or Master's degree
  • A minimum of 6-7 years of brand management experience, preferably in FMCG
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and agility in a dynamic environment
  • Analytical and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
  • Drive for results, high level of autonomy, team player, and agility to perform in a dynamic environment
