The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our Client Sales Development team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our expansion team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth for Gympass in the Italian market.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and following up on new opportunities via phone and web
  • Developing creative strategies to connect with potential clients who have shown interest in our services or responded to our marketing efforts
  • Building relationships with regional enterprise clients to drive business growth and penetration in the Italian market
  • Pitching and explaining our complex service solution to corporate clients
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding your monthly validated opportunity quota
