Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, recruiting new customers, qualifying and onboarding new customers, building great business relationships with our customers, and winning back lost or non-active customers.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a driven, enthusiastic, and communicative person with a commercial spirit. You should be goal-oriented and stress-resistant, enjoy supporting your customers, and be a team player who likes to work in an international environment. You should also be computer literate, familiar with MS Office, and know how to use CRM programs such as Salesforce or other back office programs.

 

Benefits

As a Business Development Sales Representative, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will receive extra-legal advantages, including a yearly bonus, meal vouchers, supplementary health insurance, and a welfare program.
