Business Development Representative

Linguarama is a leading international organisation specialising in customised language training for business. With a client base ranging from small companies to multinational global corporations, our Milan office offers both face-to-face courses and virtual classroom training supported by our own online platforms.
Responsibilities- Work closely with the sales team to define target customers.
- Send personalised connection requests to potential clients.
- Set up meetings for the sales teams.
- Create messaging content to initiate contact with new customers.
- Engage with prospective customers by sharing, liking, and commenting on relevant posts.
- Update and maintain records via our CRM tools.
- A strong organisational talent and flexibility are among your key strengths.
- Advanced written and verbal Italian and English skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French would be an asset.
- Previous lead generating experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- An in-depth onboarding process to ensure you're familiar with all areas of responsibility.
- A competitive basic salary of €18-20k plus a commission scheme based on performance.
