Job Description:

As a Sales Executive at Datasite, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth while building strong relationships with clients. Your key objective is to create and manage long-term partnerships through solution and insight selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets by proactively managing the sales pipeline.
  • Build a clear strategy for assigned territories and clients, aligned with the management team.
  • Prepare weekly forecasts and ensure sales activities are logged and reported in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Inside Sales teams to create external campaigns and maximize exposure.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close cross-selling opportunities with global sales experts.
  • Present a value-based selling approach and offer solution advice based on multiple use cases.
  • Interact confidently at the C-Suite level and influence clients to identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Manage client feedback and provide feedback to Customer Service and Product Engineers.
  • Be a role model for junior team members and contribute to the culture of cooperation and talent development.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2+ years of sales experience or consultancy experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding assigned targets.
  • Technology/SaaS Sales experience is highly regarded.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
