We're seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Client Sales Development team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our expansion team, you'll be responsible for strategically working inbound leads, completing outbound activities, and creating value-driven conversations with potential clients.

About the Opportunity

  • Research and follow up on new opportunities via phone and web
  • Maintain a high volume of activity, including video meetings, phone calls, email, social selling, etc.
  • Develop creative ways to connect with potential clients who show interest via our website or reply to our growth marketing efforts
  • Penetrate and drive business for the Wellhub expansion in Italy
  • Pitch and explain complex service solutions in corporate contexts
  • Crush monthly validated opportunity quotas
  • Thrive in an international context, remaining highly organized, adaptable, and optimistic

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Aptitude and drive to expand knowledge and skills in sales development
