Job Description

This role will help our prospects reimagine their customer experiences using Adobe solutions and craft new sales opportunities for our Account Executives. As a Business Development Representative, you will identify and provide high-value opportunities into the Sales pipeline and develop relationships with prospective high-value accounts.

You will deliver a consultative approach to selling, taking time to understand the prospect's business goals, objectives, and challenges before recommending a solution. Consistently achieving quality pipeline metrics is crucial for this role.

The successful candidate will handle territory creation plans for key account executives and their accounts, research key accounts, identify decision-makers, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate need.

Possessing strong communication and negotiation skills, you will nurture and educate customers on areas of interest, setup meetings, and run 1st level qualification meetings with customers prior to passing it on to relevant Account Executive & Solution Consultants.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years' experience in Sales/Business Development in a SaaS context, ideally engaging with enterprise clients. You must be able to quickly learn and understand sophisticated business problems and translate customers' needs into solution plays.

A self-starter with high motivation, independence, resilience, and ability to collaborate with sales & marketing teams is essential. Proficient with standard corporate efficiency tools (email, voicemail, MS Office) and experience with sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, SFDC, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc. is required.
