Company Overview:

Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional services firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is looking for a skilled CRM & Business Development Specialist to join its team in Milan.

About the Role:

This position involves developing national and international business through market analysis, sector research, identification of high-potential targets, and definition of business development initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer data in Salesforce CRM, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration of all data to drive marketing and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare market analysis reports, industry intelligence, and geographical area insights to identify potential targets
  • Create data-driven reports and analyses to inform business development activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and implement business strategies
  • Present findings to study partners and key stakeholders

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree in economics or management, have 1-2 years of experience in market analysis and business development, preferably gained in consulting firms. Additionally, you should have expertise in Excel, business intelligence tools, Word, PowerPoint, external and internal databases, and big data analysis. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an asset.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around €50,000 - €60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
