Salary
The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This competitive package includes private health insurance and additional pension fund benefits.

Job Description
This exciting opportunity involves identifying and managing customer needs, creating new business opportunities for Comarch, and building direct contacts with potential new clients. As an Italian Business Development Specialist, you will prepare and run meetings with new and existing clients, including C-level executives. Your responsibilities will also include preparing offers, acting as a company representative at trade shows and events, negotiating contracts in coordination with the legal team, and day-to-day management of new accounts from the Italian region.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's level degree in Economics, IT, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or Entrepreneurship. You should be fluent in Italian and English, with a minimum of +1 year experience in Sales or Business Development roles. Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, a leader attitude, and charisma are essential qualities for this position. You must also be deadline-driven, patient, confident, and determined to achieve goals.
