Business Development Manager

As a Senior Account Manager on our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most important restaurant partners in Italy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support, leveraging data-driven insights and industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions to meet partners' needs, including marketing, operations, corporate, and customer service.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in account management and/or consulting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
- Must be fluent in Italian and English.
- Master's Degree in Economy.
