Job Overview: As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Italian market, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and strategic thinking to engage prospects and close deals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Blding a portfolio of qualified customers from scratch through outbound strategies
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales cycle, presenting the product, negotiating contracts, and providing post-sales support
  • Developing targeted sales strategies tailored to various customer types
  • Fostering strong relationships with C-level executives (CIO, CTO, CISO, CFO)

Your Background: We seek a seasoned professional with prior experience in account management or business development. Fluency in English and native proficiency in Italian are essential. Advanced closing skills, talent for building trust, and a successful track record in net new business sales and outbound prospecting are also required.

What We Offer: A competitive total package, consisting of a base salary and uncapped commissions, as well as a generous stock option program. Our culture values diversity and inclusivity, making us an equal opportunity employer for all.
