Medical Device Sales Specialist for the Italian Market

About Us: Amazon Italia Services Srl - B97 is a leading company in the medical device market, and we are currently seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive our sales strategy in Piemonte. Our company has undergone a significant transformation with the spin-off of 3M Healthcare into Solventum, and we are now focused on delivering innovative solutions to public hospitals.

About the Role: As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing a territory sales plan, managing the tender process, and driving utilization of the 3M product portfolio. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with key decision-makers and support product testing and demos. Your skills and expertise will enable you to make an impact in this role from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and usage
  • Manage the entire tender process, in close collaboration with the Bid Office
  • Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to order execution
  • Analyze Sales, Market, and Opportunity data to drive and adjust your sales plan
  • Drive utilization of the 3M product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objective
  • Develop and manage favorable relationships with key decision-makers (from physicians to procurement and from top management to nurses)
  • Support product testing and demos
  • Participate in customer events (congress, workshop, hospital meetings, etc)
  • Use an Evidence-Based approach in the sales calls (Scientific Studies, Health Economics, etc)

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have at least 5 years of previous sales experience in the medical device market, a Bachelor's degree (Business or Clinical preferred), and strong knowledge of Hospital (tender-driven) mechanisms/dynamics. You should also possess value-selling skills, good presentation and networking skills, and a good level of English knowledge (spoken and written). Flexibility to travel across the assigned territory is essential.

Benefits: Our company offers competitive pay and benefits, including a salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide Microsoft Office proficiency and CRM Salesforce.com skills as bonuses. With up to 80% domestic travel, this position requires flexibility and adaptability.
