About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Territory Lead to join our team at Solventum. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and demand generation for our medical device solutions in public hospitals across various clinical settings.

The Impact You'll Make

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by developing a territory sales plan, managing tenders, and analyzing sales data to drive your sales strategy. You will also be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers, supporting product testing, and participating in customer events.

Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business or Clinical, at least 5 years of experience in medical device sales, strong knowledge of hospital mechanisms, value-selling skills, and good presentation and networking abilities. Additionally, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a good level of English language proficiency.

As a Medical Device Territory Lead at Solventum, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, which may include up to 80% domestic travel.
