About the Role

Solventum is establishing itself as a leading global diversified health technology company, and we are seeking a skilled Territory Manager to drive the success of our medical device solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and usage
  • Manage the entire tender process, in close collaboration with the Bid Office
  • Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to order execution
  • Analyze Sales, Market, and Opportunity data to drive and adjust the own sales plan
  • Drive utilization of the Solventum product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objective
  • Develop and manage favorable relationships with key decision makers
  • Support product testing and demo
  • Participate in customer events
  • Use an Evidence-Based approach in the sales calls

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Business or Clinical is preferred)
  • Previous sales experience, at least 5 years, in the medical device market
  • Strong knowledge of Hospital (tender-driven) mechanisms/dynamics
  • Value-selling skills
  • Good presentation and networking skills
  • Good level of English knowledge (spoken and written)
  • Flexibility to travel across the assigned territory
