Territory Business Development Manager

About the Role
Solventum is establishing itself as a leading global diversified health technology company, and we are seeking a skilled Territory Manager to drive the success of our medical device solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and usage
- Manage the entire tender process, in close collaboration with the Bid Office
- Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to order execution
- Analyze Sales, Market, and Opportunity data to drive and adjust the own sales plan
- Drive utilization of the Solventum product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objective
- Develop and manage favorable relationships with key decision makers
- Support product testing and demo
- Participate in customer events
- Use an Evidence-Based approach in the sales calls
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Business or Clinical is preferred)
- Previous sales experience, at least 5 years, in the medical device market
- Strong knowledge of Hospital (tender-driven) mechanisms/dynamics
- Value-selling skills
- Good presentation and networking skills
- Good level of English knowledge (spoken and written)
- Flexibility to travel across the assigned territory
