Job Title: Territory ManagerAbout This Role

3M is a global leader in material science, and our Health Care business is a leading diversified health technology company. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team.



Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and usage.
  • Manage the entire tender process in close collaboration with the Bid Office.
  • Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to order execution.
  • Analyze sales, market, and opportunity data to drive and adjust the sales plan.
  • Drive utilization of the 3M product portfolio according to the planned product mix objective.
  • Develop and manage favorable relationships with key decision makers.
  • Support product testing and demo.
  • Participate in customer events.
  • Apply an Evidence-Based approach in sales calls.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Clinical field.
  • At least 5 years of previous sales experience in the medical device market.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital tender-driven mechanisms and dynamics.
  • Value-selling skills.
  • Good presentation and networking skills.
  • Good level of English knowledge (spoken and written).
  • Flexibility to travel across the assigned territory.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, CRM a plus.


Location and Travel

This position will be based in Piemonte, and may include up to 80% domestic travel.
