Sales Director for German Market Expansion

Your mission is to drive sales growth in the German market by expanding our customer base and meeting or exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing deals. You will report directly to our VP of Sales and be in charge of analyzing business trends, pipeline status, and forecasts to provide visibility into business potential.


Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business trends, pipeline status, and forecasts to provide visibility into business potential.
  • Define a funnel and attend fairs to expand our customer base.
  • Identify new leads and create a pipeline of companies to contact.
  • Contact clients to provide information about our products using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Show demos on our solutions and products, and provide after-sales commercial support (account management).
  • Propose offers and negotiate them with new leads.

Requirements
  • Full professional proficiency in German.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a SaaS B2B environment.
  • Consistent portfolio of companies whose websites have a high volume of visits due to industries such as publishers, e-commerce, gaming, university, traveling, or similar.
  • Hunter's attitude and proactive.
  • Will to attend fairs.
