About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team at Baglioni Hotels & Resorts Head office in Milan.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Implement and optimize all revenue management processes of the hotels
  • Create and present a revenue and online sales strategy
  • Submit reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines as per company standards
  • Generate and provide accurate and timely results in the form of reports, ppt, etc.
  • Monitor and adjust the strategy on a regular basis
  • Monitor and analyze room's inventory utilizing Revenue Management systems and structure and propose actions to optimize revenues
  • Monitor competitive environment including pricing and strategies of competition as well as external variables such as city pressure and special events
  • Conduct sales strategy analysis and refine as appropriate to increase market share for all properties
  • Analyze period and other available systems data to identify trends, future need periods and obstacles to achieving goals
  • Ensure that all promotions / packages are properly loaded in all applicable systems
  • Ensure that rate parity is maintained across all distribution channels thus allowing maximum flexibility to capture all market buying patterns
  • Identify opportunities for incremental revenue through analysis of different market segments and distribution channels
  • Troubleshoot, support and correct connectivity issues
  • Contact for the hotels around all concerns of online distribution
  • Maximize the usage of up selling and assist in up selling techniques
  • Check distribution channels for hotel positioning, information accuracy and competitor positioning
  • Be a distribution system expert using connectivity tools: different channel managers, booking engine, GDS and all custom connectivity systems
  • Create and maintain revenue management and distribution documentation such as training manuals, 'how to' documents, and checklists
  • Maintain efficiently all revenue management related 3rd party systems and extranets;


Other Desired Skills:



  • Previous experience as a revenue manager
  • A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities, experience in study cases, market research and studies with a mathematical background
  • Reliability, goal-oriented, organizational skills, being a self-starter and autonomous
  • Enjoy working in a small team and independently
  • Experience in London market is a plus
  • Knowledge of Scrigno PMS and Duetto RMS is a plus

  • Reliability, goal-oriented, organizational skills, being a self-starter and autonomous
  • Enjoy working in a small team and independently
  • Experience in London market is a plus
  • Knowledge of Scrigno PMS and Duetto RMS is a plus
