Job Description

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketplace Growth Strategist to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our Amazon Marketplace Professional Services (AMPS) program, you will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth for a portfolio of 15-20 Sellers across various categories, including Fashion and Grocery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Sellers to drive revenue growth, leveraging a deep understanding of marketplace programs, tools, and processes.
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide strategic recommendations to maximize Seller potential.
  • Implement and track metrics to measure the success and quality of Sellers in your portfolio.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective Sellers for AMPS, based on a clear understanding of our Sellers and their needs.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem and utilize CRM tools to track account information and sales progress.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience in sales or account management in E-Commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software.
  • Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
