About Us: Belmond Limited is a luxury hospitality company seeking a skilled Revenue Management Specialist to support our revenue growth strategies. This role focuses on creating, elaborating, and analyzing revenue management reports, with a strong emphasis on advanced data analysis and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Report Development: Design and maintain comprehensive revenue reports using advanced data analysis tools, including complex formulas and data visualization techniques.
  • Data Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets, including writing and executing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
  • Forecasting: Prepare detailed yield and forecast reports to support strategic business decision-making.
  • Insights Generation: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for revenue growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track performance across distribution channels and revenue systems to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Presentation: Present data findings and analyses effectively to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact.

Requirements:

  • Data Analysis Expertise: Demonstrated advanced proficiency in data analysis, including strong skills in data visualization, SQL, and data manipulation.
  • Business Acumen: Proven ability to analyze complex business data sets, generate actionable insights, and effectively communicate findings.
  • Relevant Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an analytical role, preferably with a focus on revenue management or similar fields.
  • Learning Orientation: A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of Revenue Management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the hospitality industry and revenue management systems is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Italian with excellent oral and written communication skills.
