Key Responsibilities- Report Creation & Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive revenue reports using advanced Excel functionalities, including complex formulas, VBA, and Macros.
- Data Processing: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets, including writing and executing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Forecasting: Prepare detailed yield and forecast reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Insights Generation: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Monitoring: Track performance across distribution channels and revenue systems to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Presentation: Present data findings and analyses effectively to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact.
- Excel Expertise: Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Excel, including strong skills in VBA, Macros, and data manipulation.
- Query Skills: Experience with SQL or other query languages for data extraction and analysis.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, generate actionable insights, and effectively communicate findings.
- Relevant Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an analytical role, preferably with a focus on revenue management or similar fields.
- Learning Orientation: A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of Revenue Management.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the hotel industry and revenue management systems is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Italian with excellent oral and written communication skills.
