**QUALITY SYSTEM MANAGER**

La risorsa si occuperà di:
- assicurare la soddisfazione dei requisiti degli Audit interni ed esterni e le attività di qualifica da parte dei clienti;
- garantire l'implementazione e la piena attuazione del Manuale del Sistema Qualità;
- gestire il Sistema Qualità riportando al Top Management;
- stabilire, pianificare e comunicare gli obiettivi di Qualità sia nel breve che nel lungo termine, in aggiunta ai requisiti del Sistema Qualità;
- mantenere linee di comunicazione efficaci all'interno dell'azienda, coinvolgendo gli altri reparti per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
- valutare la conformità e l'efficacia dei Manuali di Audit e delle procedure della Business Unit, secondo il Sistema Qualità;
- interfacciarsi con clienti e fornitori su questioni relative alla Qualità (e le possibili non conformità), compresi i piani d'azione;
- verificare l'utilizzo di adeguati piani di controllo per il Manufacturing, in conformità con il Sistema Qualità;
- partecipare alla definizione dei processi del Quality Management System e alla sequenza e interazione di questi processi;
- rappresentare il cliente nella Business Unit, per assicurare il Sistema Qualità e la soddisfazione del Cliente;
- interrompere qualsiasi processo o attività al fine di prevenire eventuali non conformità secondo il Sistema Qualità (legale, statutario o del prodotto);
- implementare tutte le revisioni del Sistema Qualità e attuare e avere conoscenza di tuttele normative inerenti, tra cui in materia ambiente, salute e sicurezza e definire le linee di indirizzo aziendale con le rispettive modalità di applicazione della normativa e la documentazione prevista.
Requisiti richiesti per la posizione:
- alto livello di capacità di leadership e lavoro in Team;
- conoscenza dei Tools, quali 8D, SPC (Statistical Process Control), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis);
- conoscenza delle norme ISO/TS 16949 e ISO 14001;
- una particolare attenzione e conoscenza delle certificazioni clienti;
- conoscenza dello stampaggio dei metalli e della saldatura a resistenza;
- Auditor certificato ISO/TS 16949/ ISO 14001/ VDA 6.
Deve aver maturato un'esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni, nella mansione o nel ruolo di Supervisor o Gestore della Qualità, e deve avere esperienza in ambito di produzione, in particolare nell'Automotive.
Completa il profilo una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
