Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Assurance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that they meet our quality requirements.
- Develop and maintain quality procedures and documentation.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide training and coaching to employees on quality procedures and best practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and manage quality metrics and reports to track performance.
Requirements:
- 10 years' experience in quality management in the aerospace or defense industry.
- 5 years' experience in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as ECSS and AS9100.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English.
