Reproductive Health Business Team is the key to transferring the voice of the customer to specific requirements. Within the team, we love new ideas and the energy they bring. As our
Global Product Manager you will have overall ownership and financial responsibility for the Reproductive Health products assigned together with Global Business Manager.

You are responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including upstream and downstream components to include marketing strategy, pricing, product positioning and all commercialization efforts for a product franchise.


You will ensure that the product portfolio meets customer needs and explore the potential for new markets by communicating with customers globally.

Also frequent monitoring of sales progress and making sure that sales teams are receiving necessary support is of importance.

Job responsibilities also include providing product training, and interfacing with internal teams such as Sales, Quality, R&D, Customer Support and Operations in any matters related to the product line.


Role description

  • Produce data such as forecasts, and various reports to build the basis for marketing strategies
  • Interact with various internal stakeholders to consolidate efforts
  • Conduct and assist in product trainings
  • Gather and consolidate user requests

Role requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in natural sciences
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Goaloriented, collaborative, eye for detail
  • Willingness to travel ~50 days per year
