Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Stewardship Manager to join our Coatings & Performance Monomers team. As a key member of our global product compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the regulatory compliance of our assigned product portfolio and coordinating product process design and improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the assigned product portfolio meets global chemical regulations and coordinates product process design and improvement projects.
  • Issue Management: Identify and interpret public priority issues impacting products and lead the implementation of an effective issue management strategy.
  • Industry Advocacy: Interface with industry associations to identify opportunities for advocacy and influence business/corporate sustainability goals.
  • Regulatory Communication: Design and deliver regulatory communication and training for key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Coaching: Act as a technical coach for less experienced team members.
Requirements
  • Education: MSc in Natural Sciences / Chemistry/Chemical engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Relevant experience – minimum 5-7 years.
Preferred Skills
  • Global Chemical Regulations: Knowledge in Global chemical regulations, emerging schemes and requirements.
