The company:


JB Andrews is partnering with a global logistics company to help them embark on a major mission to establish a substantial global freight forwarding organisation.

We are working with the Senior Vice President - Freight Forwarding Europe and he plans to build branches in strategic hubs across Europe, and Milano is one of them.


The role:

  • Establish, build, and drive the sales activity for the newly created Milano branch from scratch.
  • Full responsibility for the sales activity for the branch's Air & Sea Freight activity
  • Manage & lead of team of Inside Sales Executives with the view of building a team.
  • Drive growth of the products.
  • Support the regional / global network.
  • Establish best practice and modernise the business.

The Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree educated or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Proven success and experience within the
  • Experienced in setting up or growing freight forwarding branches would be advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
