We are looking for a
customer service assistant for our team in Tortona.

Do you want to join a young and dynamic team?

Do you want to train within a rapidly expanding, multinational context?

Do you speak several languages and are you passionate about customer relations?

YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE:

  • Build and develop relationships with customers based on trust and competence;
  • Understand customer needs, provide support with effective handling of requests and complaints;
  • Manage orderin through our computer systems, from which you will also analyse volumes and kpi;
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to satisfy the needs of client companies.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • You are comfortable satisfying customers;
  • You are fluent in english.
